Test Automation Specialist Senior @ Rits Center

Location: Remote (occasionally visits to the office in Warsaw may be required)

Rate: up to 165 PLN/hour (B2B)

Long-term cooperation

Responsibilities

• Design and document test cases for test automation.
• Set up test tools and frameworks for the project.
• Develop and maintain automated tests.
• Interpret automated test results and provide feedback.
• Cooperate with analysis, architects, software development, testing and service desk teams.
• Run tests on systems below the GUI level (e.g., services level, database level).
• Automate test data preparation.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Test Automation using Playwright.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing.
• Hands‑on experience operating on relational databases including SQL queries.
• Hands‑on experience testing systems based on data platform.
• Higher education degree.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar testing role.
• ISTQB Advanced certification or an internationally recognized equivalent.
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Well-versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and ability to pick things up quickly.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the tester role in the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with one of the tools: Selenium, Cypress, Protractor or equivalent.
• Experience in testing interfaces between systems.
• Experience in test data preparation.
• Experience designing tests for automation.
• Experience in a software developer role.
