Job summary
A leading IT company is seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to join their team in Warsaw. The role involves working on high-impact projects in a fully remote setup, providing technical leadership while mentoring mid-level and junior developers. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience with Guidewire, as well as strong skills in Java and PostgreSQL. Fluency in English is essential, and the position offers opportunities for international collaboration.

- Min 5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer.
- Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows.
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams.
- Openness to occasional travel.
- Availability to work full-time.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter or BillingCenter.
- Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
- Integrate Guidewire with external systems.
- Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices.
- Support recruitment efforts for technical team members.
- Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter).
