We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in .NET / C# / Microsoft technologies / ASP to join our engineering team. You will be involved in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones, including design, installation, testing, and support of software systems. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote-first environment and enjoys working on complex tasks with ownership and autonomy.

- Prepare functional and design specifications and align them with stakeholders
- Take ownership of product features and implement tasks of any complexity
- Assist the Team Lead and take responsibility for parts of the product
- Implement complex backlog tasks and continuously improve the code review process
- Report readiness and escalate issues to the Team Lead or Delivery Manager
- Collaborate with other Senior Engineers on complex solutions
- Initiate and conduct code reviews, and define coding standards and guidelines
- Suggest technical and functional improvements to enhance product value
- Estimate feature scope and break it down into tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility during negotiations and follow established development processes
- Conduct technical interviews for new candidates and internal personnel
