We are seeking a visionary Content Lead to own our content strategy and scale our production using cutting-edge AI.

As the Content Lead, you will be the strategic owner of all content across the Nebula platform (app, web). You will build and execute a content strategy that drives user activation and engagement, lead a cross-functional production team, and pioneer an AI-driven approach to content creation. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will ensure our content is not only high-quality and on‑brand but also scalable and data‑informed, directly impacting our global user base.

• Develop and own the content strategy as a core component of the overall product strategy, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Pioneer and implement an AI‑augmented content workflow, leveraging tools and agents to scale generation, optimize processes, and drive innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross‑functional Content Production team, managing end‑to‑end delivery from ideation to publication across all platforms.
• Streamline content creation and delivery processes, managing stakeholder interactions, roadmaps, and deadlines for maximum efficiency.
• Work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Analysts, and Content Designers to formulate hypotheses, test content, and increase user activation metrics.
• Ensure all content maintains the highest quality, consistency, and alignment with the Nebula brand voice and mission.

• 2‑3+ years of experience in a content leadership role (Content Lead, Strategy Lead, Senior Content Manager) within a digital product or high‑growth app environment.
• Proven expertise in content strategy development and hands‑on content production management.
• Practical, hands‑on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, Midjourney, or custom agents) into content workflows to scale production.
• Upper‑Intermediate+ English proficiency (both written and spoken) for working with international content and experts.
• Proven team leadership skills with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and mentoring talent.
• A data‑informed, user‑centric mindset with a passion for the wellness, lifestyle, or personal growth space.
