Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Digitalisation, and Finance Transformation, with experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving successful transformation initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions for our clients as well as help grow our Practice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support GBS and Shared Services transformations.
  • Lead CM on digitalisation and finance transformation projects, focusing on P2P and O2C processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and develop communications and engagement plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Design and deliver change management training programs to support new processes and systems and new ways of work ensuring effective adoption and user proficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices in change management, GBS, and finance transformation.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Head of Change Management Consulting Practice in expanding the change management approach and developing artefacts/tooling.
  • Support the Head of Change Management Consulting with CM business expansion and growth initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
  • Assist with CM programme administration, including tracking project milestones, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication and engagement strategies to build support and commitment across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive behavioural change initiatives and embed new ways of working to ensure long-term sustainability of change efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or psychology (a master’s degree is preferred).
  • Experience in various change methodologies and tools including ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Complexity, etc.
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant, with a strong focus on GBS, Shared Services, Digitalisation, and Finance Transformation.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and delivering change training programs.
  • Experience in business development and growth initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and executing stakeholder communication and engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural change and embed sustainable new ways of working.
