• Administer and maintain globally distributed firewall solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and prompt issue resolution.
• Implement infrastructure changes, manage lifecycle updates, and ensure firewall security and performance.
• Support integration of new systems, manage internet access security via proxy services, and monitor compliance.
• Investigate and resolve security issues, research emerging threats, and implement remediation strategies.
• Plan, develop, and deploy new security tools while supporting compliance with IT security regulations.
• Collaborate with service providers, contribute to global IT security projects, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• You have 5+ years vendor knowledge with certifications for Fortinet and Checkpoint, demonstrating expertise in firewall and security solutions.
• You possess advanced security knowledge of Azure Cloud and have a deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, and the IP stack.
• You bring 2nd/3rd level support experience in the relevant field, ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution.
• You have strong knowledge of network and cloud security, with additional familiarity with BigIP F5 and Zscaleras a plus
• You hold a CISSP or similar security certification, demonstrating advanced expertise in information security.
• You have experience working in regulated environments with complex compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
