Zusammenfassung
An InsurTech MGA is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its full stack engineering team in Poland. You will drive technology initiatives to support underwriting, policy management, and data systems. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of engineering experience, strong leadership skills, and a good command of full stack technologies including Python and React.
