Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Developer.

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance data models.
• Experience with BYOD, Azure Data Lake, and data integrations.
• Fluent in English (at least B2+ level).

We are looking for a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Developer with strong expertise in X++ development, D365FO extensibility, and Azure‑based integrations. You will work on complex D365FO solutions, focusing on custom development, integrations, and performance optimization within Supply Chain and Finance domains.

This role is fully remote and offers high technical ownership without an unrealistic scope.

Project information

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B
• Budget: 180-200 net / hour / b2b
• Recruitment stages: HR screen, technical meeting with PM, and final meeting with the customer
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Project scope

• Design and develop advanced D365FO customizations using the extension model (X++, no overlayering)
• Implement and optimize business logic across tables, classes, forms, and data entities
• Build and maintain batch jobs, SysOperations framework classes, and workflow extensions
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions across O2C, P2P, R2R, and Service processes
• Design and implement integrations using OData, REST/JSON services, and DMF
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance using tools such as LCS, Trace Parser, and SQL tracing
• Improve code quality through refactoring, performance tuning, and unit testing
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Developer
• Advanced knowledge of X++ and D365FO extensibility architecture
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance data models (Invent, Purch, Sales, Ledger, WHS)
• Experience with BYOD, Azure Data Lake, and data integrations
• Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in a distributed, remote setup
• Fluent in English (at least B2+ level)
