Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics design: simulation, schematics, layout, EMC design, thermal design, functional safety
• Solid understanding of product testing, qualification, and relevant standards
• Broad knowledge of tools and processes related to electronics design
• Industrialization experience in electronics manufacturing, including EMS collaboration and production tester development
• Experience in power electronics and energy storage applications is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level required, Polish language knowledge is an advantage
