Job summary
A life sciences organization located in Warsaw is looking for a skilled professional to maintain and support the Planisware system, with a focus on R&D processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience configuring Planisware solutions, a related degree, and strong analytical skills. - Maintain and support the Planisware (Helix) system, ensuring smooth operation of R&D and compliance-related processes.
- Manage L1 configuration and data model updates, evaluate and implement change requests.
- Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting functional and data issues.
- Collaborate within an agile Value Team to deliver on team objectives and continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Planisware solutions, including at least one new implementation.
- Experience building resource forecasting equations/algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D processes and global environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC and IT architectural concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Planisware certification.
- Experience in pharma or other regulated industries.
- Experience working with IT organizations or IT vendors.
