SMB SaaS Customer Success Manager - Onboarding & Growth
Job summary
A global technology company in Poland is seeking an SMB Customer Success Manager to enhance customer journeys and ensure deep solution adoption. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of 200 SMB customers, drive retention, and collaborate with teams to maximize growth opportunities.
