## Credit & Collections ProfessionalPoland - Cracow (Transporeon)Job FamilyCredit & Collections**Important:** this position is a Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) with a possibility of permanent extension.**Job Summary:**We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collection Specialist (German speaking) to join our EMEA Region Credit and Collection Team. As a key member of our team, will be responsible for managing customer credit limits, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.**Responsibilities:*** Manage customer credit limits and ensure compliance with company policies* Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes* Conduct credit checks and analyze customer creditworthiness* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Order Management, and Cash Application) to ensure seamless order processing and payment collection* Maintain accurate records and reports on customer credit and payment history* Identify and mitigate potential credit risk**Requirements:*** Experience: 2-5 years of experience in credit management or collections.* Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.* Software:\*\* Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office.
