Job summary
A global financial institution in Warsaw is seeking an experienced professional for a role in control management. You will design and implement effective controls, ensure the accuracy of control inventories, and partner with stakeholders for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. A hybrid working model and competitive benefits including private medical care and performance bonuses are offered.

- 5-8 years’ experience in first line of defence control function, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of quality in work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at the senior management level.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Markets Control Inventory is accurate and up to date by documenting and implementing effective controls.
- Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate control uplift initiatives.
- Provide credible challenge to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
