Job summary

Zenatta Consulting, a fully remote US-based Zoho consulting partner, seeks an experienced consultant to interface directly with clients and deliver Zoho training, implementation, and custom development. You will work independently while collaborating with our in-house development team to improve client systems.

You will manage client engagements, set goals, handle communications, and ensure success through training, walkthroughs, and cross-application solutions across Zoho One apps.

Qualifications

• Must live in North America.
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices
• Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems
• Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps)
• Strong understanding of REST API
• Experience managing organizational change efforts
• Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language
• Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Books (preferred)
• Self-starter with robust communication skills

Job description

In this consulting role you will interface directly with clients to solve practical business challenges, through Zoho system implementation and support. This role allows you to work independently to ensure client success. You'll be supported by our in-house development team to deliver system improvements to support the project.
