Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Analyst and Administrator to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions. You will design processes, configure Zoho CRM, and maintain automations with Deluge while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

This hands-on role focuses on data management, reporting, training, and cross-team collaboration to support our global fintech platform across the EU and UK.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and AI development tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 for secure integrations.
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to fit business processes.
• Manage user roles and data security across the CRM.
• Build automations with Deluge and AI tools to speed delivery.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and reporting.
• Design integrations between Zoho CRM and external apps via APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate with sales, support, compliance, and ops to gather requirements.
