Zenatta Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented auditor to protect and recover Zoho partner commissions. You will audit client accounts, licenses, and partner tags across CRM, Zoho Partner Store, and billing systems to catch discrepancies before revenue is affected.

This hourly role emphasizes accuracy over coding; you will work US business hours, reconciling data and communicating findings to consultants. No development work; Zoho CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Partner/commission structure.
• Must work during US business hours; residency in the US is not required.
• Strong data auditing and reconciliation across CRM, Partner Store, and billing records.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter capable of recurring audits with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Audit pending and unpaid commissions against Zoho records.
• Verify correct partner tag association for new client signups.
• Map Zoho Profile IDs to CRM accounts.
• Maintain and update client account mappings when ownership or tags change.
• Flag discrepancies in license counts and escalate to fix.
• Notify consultants of licensing signals and escalate issues to Partner Store.
• Engage with inactive clients where inactivity affects tag/subscription.
• Field client billing questions related to Zenatta invoicing.
• Flag and alert on possible commission/account-mapping issues.
