Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team and own ideas behind YouTube ads.
• Brief work, assign tasks in ClickUp, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review ads before submission and provide clear feedback.
• Write scripts and hooks for YouTube video ads, UGC, VSLs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with pod lead and media buyers to optimize campaigns.
• Maintain standards for quality and adapt ads based on performance data.
