You will test hooks, analyze performance data, and refine campaigns while collaborating with the creative lead. The role emphasizes hands-on editing, live ads portfolio review, and remote collaboration with international brands.

Qualifications

2+ years creating direct-response video ads for e-commerce/DTC brands.
Portfolio with live ads showing measurable objectives; AI reels alone not enough.
Ability to identify hooks quickly and optimize pacing within first seconds.
Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Google ads ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Transform briefs and assets into polished, conversion-focused ads.
Produce a weekly volume of original concepts and hook variations.
Edit UGC and product content into engaging advertisements.
Create AI-generated advertising content from scratch, including virtual presenters.
Combine traditional editing with AI workflows to produce high-quality content.
Test formats like problem-solution, testimonials, unboxing, founder stories, and green-screen videos.
Apply performance marketing principles to hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
Monitor metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Stay updated on trends across TikTok and Meta, and contribute feedback on AI tools.
