Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Talent Lead Consultant to join our global delivery team. You’ll lead a project workstream, shape and deliver enterprise-scale Workday solutions, and build strong relationships with customers across regions.

You’ll provide guidance to customers, mentor junior teammates, and communicate with impact in remote and in-person settings, while focusing on customer success and commercial viability. Travel to client sites in the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer focus and ability to assess customer needs.
• Strong communication to senior client audiences, with empathy.
• Ability to lead a functional workstream and deliver Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation through the full project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering Workday solutions aligned to needs.
• Provide guidance to customers and support junior team members.
• Communicate with impact in both remote and on-site settings.
