Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Benefits Lead to implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base. You will be the lead consultant for benefits, shaping and delivering solutions that meet client needs and are commercially viable.

As a benefits expert, you will mentor teammates, apply your knowledge of Workday Benefits (and related Core HCM/Payroll modules), manage security and business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional consultants across regions.

Qualifications

• Must have Experience as a Benefits Lead for Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; Core HCM or Payroll experience a plus.
• Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for Workday Benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Workday Benefits Certification (if applicable).
• Excellent customer management experience with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy for implementing and configuring Workday Benefits for global customers.
• Manage customer relationships and shape commercial, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide thought leadership in Workday delivery.
