Kainos in Poland is hiring a Workday Financials Consultant to join a global team delivering Workday solutions. You will lead customer engagements, shape solutions, and mentor teammates to deliver value and commercial viability.

You’ll work with German-speaking clients, contribute to workshops, and help grow capabilities through thought leadership and knowledge sharing in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of Workday products, Financials or Payroll, and your specialist capability.
• Strong consulting skills including running large workshops and managing expectations.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workday implementation and configuration engagements for global clients.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop capability and knowledge.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.
• Deliver excellent consulting guidance and thought leadership within your capability.
