You will lead requirements, configurations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities, mentoring teammates and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Workday experience including Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking.
• Workday certification in one or more modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across full Workday project lifecycle.

Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant

Location: Remote in Poland

Experience: 6+ years Workday experience, including 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking

• Deliver Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking implementations and AMS support.

Required Skills

• Workday certification (current or previous) in one or more modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience across full Workday project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred

• Workday Payroll certification.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or other HRMS platforms.
• Consulting or AMS support experience.
