Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an HR Operations Specialist focused on SAP SuccessFactors to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers. You will administer employee lifecycle processes, process HR transactions, maintain accurate data and coordinate approvals.

You will use SAP SuccessFactors to support self-service, ensure confidentiality and compliance, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to drive data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Administration or a similar employee support role.
• Experience providing first-line HR support and administering employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, leave administration and offboarding.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central, or another core HR system, including employee data maintenance and workflow processing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, confidentiality and a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, systems and employee lifecycle activities.
• Processing employee lifecycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, including hires, data and job changes, leaves of absence and terminations.
• Reviewing requests, initiating workflows and coordinating approvals in line with defined processes and service level agreements.
• Maintaining accurate employee data and organizational records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Supporting employees and managers with SAP SuccessFactors self-service and resolving transaction or system issues.
• Preparing HR documentation and escalating complex or non-standard requests to the relevant teams.
• Supporting data quality, reporting and continuous improvement in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
