Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Polish-speaking professionals to join a world-leading digital platform as Content Moderator. You will review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, with fairness in sensitive cases and fast-paced decision making.

Strong Polish (C1+) and English (B2+) skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication, are essential. Start date 30 April 2026, on-site with 24/7 shifts.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Start date: 30 April 2026

Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)

Days off: 2 rotational days per week
