Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator fluent in Polish and English to join our international team on-site. You will review content, ensure compliance with guidelines, and help maintain a safe marketplace while enjoying relocation support.

The role requires Polish (C1+) and English (B2+), strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with accommodation from day one and a meal allowance are included.

Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)

Days off: 2 rotational days per week
