Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer for our client, a global technology company, to ensure quality and safety standards on an e-commerce platform. The role focuses on review decisions using local market expertise and adherence to policies and service levels.

The position offers relocation support to Lisbon, Portugal, with on-site work and a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Fluency in Polish (native) and English (B2) is required, along with strong attention to detail and adaptability.

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Native-level Polish proficiency

• English proficiency at B2 level or above;

• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise;

• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols;

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Perks:
