Cross Border Talents is seeking a content quality specialist to support a major global technology platform from Lisbon. The role centers on reviewing content to ensure policy compliance and safety, leveraging your Polish and English language skills and local market knowledge.

You will guarantee platform standards, make rational decisions, and stay current with leading e-commerce policies. The position requires flexibility for rotating shifts and on-site work in Lisbon, with relocation support.

Qualifications

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Perks:

• Meal allowance of €154 per month

• €1,000 welcome bonus, paid over 12 months in addition to the base salary
