Job summary

BERNER Polska seeks an experienced WMS Project Manager to lead the full-cycle WMS/LVS implementation in Poland, coordinating with business, warehouse ops, IT, and external partners to ensure a successful integration with Symfonia ERP and Workato.

You will drive design through go-live and stabilization, manage scope, budget, risks, and vendors, and ensure user adoption and operational readiness across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT transformation.
• Proven track record delivering at least one WMS implementation project.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience integrating WMS solutions with ERP systems.
• Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced WMS Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS/LVS) in Poland. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, including integration with the local Symfonia ERP, Workato middleware platform, and related logistics systems.

The successful candidate will drive the project from design through go-live and stabilization while coordinating business stakeholders, warehouse operations, IT teams, and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end WMS/LVS implementation project in Poland.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors.
• Ensure successful integration between WMS, Symfonia ERP, Workato, and connected applications.
• Ensure that business requirements, process optimization opportunities, and operational objectives are effectively reflected in the WMS solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness and user adoption.
• Provide transparent reporting to management on project status, risks, budget, and key decisions.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT transformation projects.
• Proven track record delivering at least one WMS implementation project.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Symfonia ERP, Workato, or similar integration platforms.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• APICS CSCP certification or similar supply chain certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
• Fluent Polish and English.
