Job summary

CMA CGM seeks a Depot Management Professional in Szczecin to manage IT configurations and warehouse systems. You will plan, test, and implement changes, support staff, and resolve IT issues on a day-to-day basis. Strong WMS knowledge (JDA) and English are required, with readiness for a two-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in a warehouse or production.
• Experience in working with WMS system – preferable JDA/BY Dispatcher
• Welcome knowledge of the JDA WMS system,
• Knowledge of computer science
• Knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to problem solving
• Good knowledge of English
• Ready to work in a 2-shift system

Responsibilities

• Proposing, reviewing and implementing changes in the configuration of the IT system and maintaining the continuity of the system's operation,
• Planning and testing changes in the configuration of the warehouse IT system in accordance with cooperation with the customer and the operation,
• Supporting employees in increasing their knowledge about the warehouse system,
• Solving current problems - operation support
• Solving system problems independently
• Proactive action and IT system problem solving and the IT infrastructure of the warehouse
• Direct contact with client
• IT infrastructure management
