Job summary

Mantis is looking for a WMS Software Solutions Implementation Consultant to deliver advanced WMS implementation and support services across Europe. The role involves analyzing requirements, configuring software, and training users while collaborating with management and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in WMS consulting, knowledge of warehouse automation, and strong Greek and English skills. A hybrid work model and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as ERP/WMS Implementation Consultant or as a key user/administrator of WMS software.
• Experience with Warehouse Automation (P2L, P2C, Put-Wall, Voice Picking, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation, consulting, and support services for WMS/logistics projects.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

We are seeking a highly driven & passionate WMS Software Solutions Implementation Consultant to join our award-winning team in Poland.

The selected candidate will work closely with Mantis’ corporate management and deliver advanced WMS implementation and support services to Mantis’ existing and new clients and partners within Europe.

• Provide implementation, consulting, and support services for WMS/logistics projects
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Configure and customize the software to meet business needs
• Conduct training sessions for users and administrators
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation post-implementation

Requirements and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or Information Technology or related degree.
• 2+ years of experience either as an ERP/WMS Implementation Consultant or a key user/administrator of Warehouse Management System (WMS) Software Solutions.
• Experience with Warehouse Automation (P2L, P2C, Put-Wall, Voice Picking, etc.), Slotting and Labour Management will be an asset.
• Excellent command of the Greek and the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server is a strong asset
