Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and deployments.
• Proven track record leading or managing a support or application team.
• Strong customer-facing experience with large corporate customers.
• Experienced in application support, incident management and escalations.
• Good understanding of warehouse or contract logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

NR Supply are supporting a leading global 3PL in the search for an experienced WMS Manager to lead a WMS support team based in Warsaw supporting a global environment.

The key focus of this role is managing and developing the support team while acting as the customer-facing manager for key customers.

You will take ownership of service delivery, customer relationships and escalations, ensuring the team provides a high-quality and reliable WMS support service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of WMS Support Consultants.
• Act as the key customer-facing contact for WMS support and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their operational priorities.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations and major incidents through to resolution.
• Ensure the support team delivers against agreed SLAs and service levels.
• Monitor service performance, incidents and recurring issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across the WMS support function.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Integration and other IT teams.
• Provide customers and senior stakeholders with clear updates on service performance and critical issues.

What We're Looking For
