Job summary

EY is seeking a professional in Katowice with over 3 years of experience in SAP systems implementation, particularly in Warehouse Management and Logistics. You will be responsible for supporting clients in business solution selection and participating in SAP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business processes, experience in managing EWM implementations, and be proficient in German. This role offers a flexible working model of 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation in EWM, IM, and MM areas.
• At least 2 full-cycle EWM implementations.
• Experience with SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations.
• Proficiency in creating Master Data and configuring Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

You will help deliver business advisory services, implement the newest SAP EWM solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team you will support clients in selecting the most suitable business solution, take part in advisory projects – implementation of SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management and Logistics, participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes and coordinate main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation (EWM, IM and MM areas)
• Business processes end‑to‑end knowledge
• At least 2 full‑cycle EWM implementations
• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design
• Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes
• Proficiency in creating Master Data (e.g., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units) and in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM; extensive experience in setting up integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Proficiency in implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM
• Experience in interface design and development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation
• Experience in data migration
• Excellent German verbal and written communication
• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Hands‑on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and document the results of implementations, as well as post‑implementation review

Ideally, you’ll also have

• SAP EWM Certification
• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design
• Another European language is an advantage
• Knowledge about SAP TM would be an advantage
