Job summary

FairWind in Szczecin is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inbound/outbound materials, ensure inventory accuracy, and support service teams. The role involves using Dynamics 365 BC, operating forklifts, and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced wind energy environment.

You will handle shipments, stock movements, and documentation, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries to sites and customers. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Valid forklift license (UDT or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license (B).
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Experience with warehouse IT systems and scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing materials for wind turbine projects and service activities.
• Receive, inspect and unload technical parts and equipment.
• Pick, prepare and load materials for transport to sites and customers.
• Manage internal stock movements and put-away activities.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC for all warehouse transactions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Prepare shipments and complete shipping documentation.
• Identify damages or deviations and report them.
• Maintain order, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
• Follow Health & Safety rules and use required PPE.
• Support continuous improvements and Lean practices.
