Job summary

Comfrt is building a gamified wellness app that helps people develop lasting healthy habits through engaging, science-backed experiences. As the Content Strategy Specialist, you will ensure all content is grounded in wellness science and drives real health outcomes.

You will shape the content strategy, design wellness programs and challenges, and work with design and engineering to integrate content into the app, while using AI tools to accelerate production without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wellness, health coaching, or related field.
• Strong copywriting skills that motivate without condescension.
• Familiarity with behavior change models and habit formation.
• Translate complex health topics into actionable guidance.
• Experience working with product, design, or engineering.
• Critical eye for wellness misinformation.
• Comfort with AI content tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate and collaborate on evidence-based wellness content: guided programs, daily challenges, educational tips, and motivational prompts.
• Design the wellness framework that powers Comfrt’s gamification — ensuring challenges, milestones, and rewards map to meaningful health outcomes.
• Collaborate with the designer and developer to integrate content seamlessly into the app experience.
• Conduct research on wellness trends, behavioral science, and competitor offerings to keep Comfrt’s content fresh and credible.
• Define content guidelines and a tone of voice that is encouraging, inclusive, and never preachy.
• Review all user-facing copy, notifications, and in-app messaging for accuracy, tone, and sensitivity.
• Use AI writing and research tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and scientific rigor.
• Help define success metrics for wellness outcomes (not just engagement) and contribute to how we measure real user impact.
