Job summary

Simple Life App is seeking a Product Content Lead to design and optimize guided health programs within our Simple Move ecosystem. You’ll shape exercise sequences, durations, and progression to boost activation, retention, and long-term engagement.

You’ll collaborate with the LTV product manager, medical/fitness experts, and the content team, using AI tools to structure, generate, and scale content. A fast, autonomous, result-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product.
• Ability to set KPIs and translate engagement data into concrete content decisions.
• Attention to exercise selection, order, duration, and variety.
• Fast, autonomous work style and iterative approach to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the LTV product manager on the renewal cycle and build it.
• Own quality: decide principles, concepts, and exercise sets for a program.
• Own delivery: load programs on schedule as traffic needs them.
• Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiments and assemble programs.
• Build and improve programs using competitive and seasonal insights.
• Consult with medical/fitness expert for safety review.
• Track performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets.
• Collaborate with Product Content Lead on briefs and priorities.
• Make programs engaging and natural without textbook feel.
