Job summary

Welltech, a global wellness technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences across our Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go and WalkFit apps. You’ll collaborate with Growth to optimize onboarding, retention and conversion through experiments and design iterations.

You’ll design visually compelling interfaces aligned with Apple/Android guidelines, contribute to design systems, run usability tests, and work with product, eng and research teams to deliver user-centered

Qualifications

• Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency with Figma components and auto-layouts.
• Experience with Design Systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android with data-driven decisions.
• Experience running usability tests and using analytics to improve conversion and retention.
• Ability to translate research into experimental designs and iterations.

What we’re looking for

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be working on end to end experiences, from onboarding funnels to app experiences, across one of our flagship apps - Muscle Booster, YogaGo and WalkFit. You will work closely with Growth, driving experimentation across our funnels, optimising the onboarding experience and running continuous iterations to increase conversion and average order value. You will also work on user engagement and retention, integrating exciting new features like nutrition guidance, and deepening the overall value our users get from the app.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with Product Management and Engineering prioritising and scoping the roadmap and upcoming initiatives

• Contribute to end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes.

• Work iteratively through design experiments across onboarding and app experience

• Design visually appealing, user-centered interfaces adhering to both Apple and Android design guidelines.

• Execute design projects autonomously while actively contributing to collaborative ideation and design critiques.

• Use product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions, improving conversion, user retention and engagement.

• Collaborate closely within our team of designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive user experiences that drive business results.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables).

• Strong experience using and iterating on existing Design Systems.

• Proven experience working with Marketing as well as designing mobile applications for both Apple and Android platforms.

• Comfortable using analytics and data-driven experimentation to guide product improvements (Amplitude, Tableau, …)

• Ability to gather and make sense of existing research and assumptions to design experiments, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Experience in running usability tests on Maze, Great Question or a similar platform.

• Strong collaborative skills, deeply integrating with cross-functional teams - including Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers and User Researchers.

• Understanding of user psychology, behavioral design, and principles behind highly-converting user interfaces and habit-forming products.

• Independent yet collaborative work style, actively contributing to team development and culture.

• AI experimentator: always trying out new tools to improve your design workflow, from idea to handover.
