You will collaborate across UA, product, content, medical, and social teams; translate complex health topics into clear illustrations; apply insights from research and A/B tests; support accessibility and inclusive design; and grow with hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in digital or app contexts.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong portfolio across ads, app, and social channels.
• Experience collaborating with content, product, and growth teams.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling, both visual and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Starting salary begins at 3400 EUR, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education.
• Collaborate with UA, product, content, medical, and social teams to drive engagement.
• Translate health topics into accessible illustrations and infographics.
• Apply insights from user research and A/B tests to improve visuals.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and health-communication innovations.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Create basic to mid-level animations or video edits to complement visuals.
