Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Lead Water Engineer in Kraków to drive complex engineering projects from feasibility to construction. You will coordinate global teams and ensure technical excellence, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience.
• Chartered with the relevant Institution.
• Understanding of sanitary and drainage solution identification and development.
• Semiconductor expertise could be an asset.
• Understanding of project life cycle (conceptual design, outline design, detail design, construction design).
• Experience with both fixed-price design-build and design-bid-build.
• Construction work experience.
• Outstanding knowledge of EU, UK and US/Canada design codes and best practice.
• Experience in the application of hydraulic modelling software.
• Good knowledge of 3D environment and MS Office.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in design.
• Very good English communication skills, both verbal and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects from feasibility and concept design through detailed design and construction.
• Drive innovative, high-quality solutions and coordinate global teams.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget; mentor engineers and ensure client satisfaction.
