Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face and heartbeat of ElevenLabs’ Warsaw office. We are seeking a dedicated lead to anchor our Warsaw space, serving as the go-to person for the local team and a central hub for the Poland AI community.

You will manage daily logistics, oversee office launches, and ensure an environment where people love to work. Based in Warsaw, this role offers growth in a fast-paced AI company with strong emphasis on culture and operations.

Qualifications

• Based in Warsaw, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing day-to-day running of a high-visibility office.
• Experience as primary point of contact for building management and coordinating with vendors.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including executives, partners, vendors and visitors.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors for high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Be the Warsaw Hub: serve as the primary point of contact for the local team and all new joiners.
• Keep Operations Running: manage daily logistics, post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination.
• Own the Office Culture: drive office vibe through snacks, team lunches, celebrations, and social rituals.
• Support Events & Visitors: help execute on-site events and provide warm, professional welcomes.
