Job summary

Mondelez International in Warsaw is seeking senior demand planning professionals to own outcomes across six workstreams within the Business Unit, leading planning from the trenches and challenging numbers that don’t look right.

This fixed-term project role ends on 31 March 2028, with high performers considered to join our established Warsaw planning community and continue shaping demand planning across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
