Alcon is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Specialist in Warsaw to align Commercial and Supply Chain plans and translate market insights into an executable demand plan. You’ll lead cross-functional meetings and ensure data-driven decisions across affiliates.

You’ll own the demand forecast submission, maintain master data quality, and support new product launches while balancing inventory risks with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Demand Planning or S&OP in a multi-country environment.
• Strong forecasting and performance monitoring skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Align Commercial and Supply Chain plans to create an executable demand and supply plan.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review with stakeholders.
• Own the demand forecast submission for all affiliates and franchises.
• Maintain master data quality to support planning processes.
• Define the NPL strategy and coordinate launches.
• Drive reconciliation between operating plan and financial expectations.
• Proactively manage obsolescence risk and inventory exposure.
