Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Warsaw is seeking a Warehousing and Distribution Coordinator. You will monitor LSP performance, ensure inbound receiving and order picking efficiency, and resolve service issues with internal teams. Responsibilities include SOX compliance, audits, inventory control, and regulatory adherence.

The role requires Greek language proficiency, 1–2 years in logistics in an international setting, and experience with SAP/ERP. Hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Greek is a requirement.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing in an international company.
• Bachelor degree in logistics or related field.
• Working experience with SAP or another ERP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of LSPs from cost and quality perspectives to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
• Ensure efficient execution of logistics requirements such as inbound receiving, order picking, and delivery.
• Resolve service issues and communicate with internal customers (Customer Service, CDT, SNP, LSPs, LLP).
• Ensure Colgate financial policies, SOX procedures, audits, and inventory management are followed.
• Ensure local regulations are met and products are received and shipped to customer requirements.
• Reconcile inventory variances between CP and LSP systems.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and LSP audits periodically.
