Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw invites applications for the Graduate Development Program Intern (Professional Marketing) F/M. You’ll gain hands-on experience in professional marketing activities for therapeutic products, work on master communication assets, and interact with agencies and cross-functional teams across CEE.

The program runs 12 months, hybrid work, compensation 7,000 PLN gross monthly, and a chance to contribute to real business projects within a global consumer products company known

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive ideas forward.
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high organizational standards.
• Independent, willing to learn from the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support professional marketing activities for a therapeutic product.
• Contribute to building and managing master communication assets.
• Contact with agencies to prepare marketing materials and creative projects.
• Cooperate closely with Professional teams across CEE markets.
• Cross-functional contacts with Divisional Marketing Team, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Regulatory to manage projects.
• Day-to-day support to CEE Professional Marketing team.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary: 7 000 PLN gross monthly The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework. The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
