Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Demand Planner to manage the end-to-end demand plan for a subsidiary, balancing commercial inputs with supply constraints and driving continuous improvement in our consumer goods business.
You will work cross-functionally with commercial teams and supply chain, lead the monthly planning process, monitor order flows, and support new product launches and lifecycle management. The role offers a hybrid work model and attractive benefits in Poland.

Salary Range: 13 400 - 17 400 PLN gross monthly
Demand Planner is responsible for managing all activities needed to develop, align & communicate the demand plan for a subsidiary. The final demand plan must balance cross functional input and reflect the latest commercial/customer plans in order to meet business objectives. The Demand Planner will be the main conduit between the commercial team & supply chain to achieve an aligned/synchronized demand plan and drive continuous improvement.
Preferable Masters in Engineering / Business Administration/ Economic, with a focus on supply chain / logistics.
3-5+ years experience of Demand Planning in Consumer Goods.
Salary Range: 13 400 - 17 400 PLN gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
