Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Warsaw is seeking a logistics professional to monitor LSP performance and oversee inbound receiving, order picking, and on-time deliveries within a multinational setting.

The candidate should be fluent in English and proficient in Greek, with analytical and interpersonal strengths, a results-driven approach, and a bachelor degree in logistics or similar. SAP/ERP experience is an asset. Hybrid work options may apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of LSPs for cost and quality to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure efficient execution of inbound receiving, order picking, and delivery processes.
• Resolve service issues and communicate with internal customers (Customer Service, CDT, SNP, LSPs).
• Ensure adherence to Colgate financial policies, SOX, quality audits and inventory management.
• Ensure local regulations are met and products are received/shipped to meet customer requirements.
• Reconcile inventory variances between CP and LSP systems; conduct physical counts and audits.
• Manage pallet process and periodic LSP audits.

Main responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities Monitoring the performance of LSPs from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on-time and complete deliveries;

• Ensuring the efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery, etc.;

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, G-suite is an asset

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company be an asset

• Working experience with SAP or another ERP will be an asset.
