Job summary

Nomagic in Warsaw is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist who will own the Warsaw warehouse, keep the inventory accurate and support the rollout of our new ERP system.

You will handle receiving, packing, storage organization, and operate WMS/ERP; you’ll work hands-on with robot components in a small, fast-growing team shaping the future of smart robotics.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Technical knowledge of machine parts and components.
• Hands-on with ERP and WMS systems.
• Polish native and English at B1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Preparing and packing goods for shipment in line with orders.
• Organizing stock in the warehouse so space is used well.
• Operating the warehouse system (WMS) and keeping inventory data accurate.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supporting the transition of warehouse processes to our new ERP system.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

• Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries for quantity and quality
• Preparing and packing goods for shipment in line with orders
• Organizing stock in the warehouse so that space is used well
• Operating the warehouse system (WMS) and keeping inventory data accurate
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Keeping the warehouse clean and in order, in line with Health and Safety rules
• Finding and implementing improvements to warehouse processes on your own initiative
• Supporting the buyer with material requests, including spare parts
• Tracking shipment statuses and reporting on incoming and ongoing deliveries
• Supporting the transition of warehouse processes to our new ERP system

What skills we’d like you to have:

• Experience working in a warehouse
• Technical knowledge of machine parts and components
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems
• Accuracy, conscientiousness and good organization of your own work
• Teamwork and clear communication
• Polish native and English at B1 level or higher, spoken and written
• Nice to have:
• Experience with an ERP or WMS implementation
• Good Excel skills
• Experience running stocktakes and inventory counts

What should you expect once you apply?

• 30-minute call with our internal recruiter
• 45-minute call with the Hiring Manager, including short practical tasks
• On-site interview in Warsaw: a 45-minute meeting with our Hardware team, a 45-minute problem solving session, a 30-minute culture fit conversation and a 30-minute warehouse tour
• We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after on-site interview
• Important: expect detailed feedback after completing the process regardless of our decision.
