Job summary

Nomagic is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our Warsaw warehouse and maintain accurate inventory of robot components. You will support the rollout of our new ERP system while working hands-on with ERP/WMS tools.

You will join a small, highly skilled team in an English-speaking environment, with onboarding training, private medical care, and a Multisport card. This role places you at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient stock management and seamless

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Technical knowledge of machine parts and components.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Accurate, conscientious, well-organized approach to work.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• English at B1 level or higher (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment according to orders.
• Organize warehouse stock to use space efficiently.
• Operate the warehouse system (WMS) and keep inventory data accurate.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with Health and Safety rules.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
• Support the buyer with material requests, including spare parts.
• Track shipment statuses and report on deliveries.
• Assist with the transition of warehouse processes to the new ERP system.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

• Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries for quantity and quality

• Preparing and packing goods for shipment in line with orders

• Tracking shipment statuses and reporting on incoming and ongoing deliveries

• Supporting the transition of warehouse processes to our new ERP system

What skills we’d like you to have:

• Experience working in a warehouse

• Technical knowledge of machine parts and components

• Hands‑on experience with ERP and WMS systems

• Accuracy, conscientiousness and good organization of your own work

• Teamwork and clear communication

• English at B1 level or higher, spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with an ERP or WMS implementation

• Good Excel skills

• Experience running stocktakes and inventory counts

What should you expect once you apply?

• 30-minute call with our internal recruiter

• 45-minute call with the Hiring Manager, including short practical tasks

• On-site interview in Warsaw: a 45-minute meeting with our Hardware team, a 45-minute problem solving session, a 30-minute culture fit conversation and a 30-minute warehouse tour

• We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after on-site interview

• Important: expect detailed feedback after completing the process regardless of our decision.
