Job summary

YTO International is seeking a warehouse shift supervisor in Łódź, Poland. The role focuses on daily production planning, task delivery, and team coordination to hit shipping targets.

You will supervise on-site operations, enforce standard work procedures, manage safety, and train new staff. Experience in cross-border e-commerce warehouses is preferred; Polish fluent, English or Chinese a bonus.

Qualifications

• College diploma or higher; certificates in warehouse/logistics are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in frontline warehouse work; at least 1 year leading a team.
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse preferred.
• Proficiency with PDA devices and warehouse management systems; understands safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily shift production and task delivery; assign tasks to frontline staff to meet shift targets.
• On-site operation supervision and standard execution; ensure compliance with standard work procedures.
• On-site problem handling and safety management; report serious issues to supervisors promptly.
• New staff training and team management; train new staff to operate independently.

Job description

Your responsibilities

• Daily Shift Production & Task Delivery (Assign daily work tasks to front-line staff according to warehouse production plans; arrange manpower properly to hit shift output and on-time order shipping targets.)
• On-site Operation Supervision & Standard Execution (Make sure all team members follow standard work procedures. Check daily operations such as PDA scanning, sorting, packing and loading.)
• On-site Problem Handling & Safety Management (Deal with common on-site issues including system glitches, equipment failure and material shortage; report serious problems to supervisors right away.)
• New Staff Training & Team Management (Train new team members on practical work skills until they can work independently.)

Our requirements

• Education: College diploma or above; warehouse/logistics related certificates are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years warehouse front-line work experience, at least 1 year team-lead experience. Experience in cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse is preferred.
• Skills: Can use PDA devices and warehouse management system; know basic warehouse work standards; able to spot and solve common on-site problems; understand basic safety requirements.
• Others: Polish candidates preferred. Fluent Polish speaker; good English or Chinese is a bonus. Physically fit, accept rotating shifts including night shifts. Responsible, good communication, able to handle heavy work during big sales seasons.
