Job summary

YTO international in Łódź is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee frontline warehouse operations. You will allocate daily tasks to front-line operators according to production plans, organize manpower to hit shift output and on-time delivery goals, and ensure on-site SOP adherence.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma or higher, 3+ years frontline experience with at least 1 year in supervision, and familiarity with PDA and WMS systems. Polish/Chinese language plus English is a bonus.

Qualifications

College diploma or above; warehouse/logistics certificates preferred.
3+ years warehouse frontline operation experience; at least 1 year supervision.
Familiar with full warehouse workflows; cross-border overseas warehouse background preferred.
Native Polish or Chinese speaker; fluent English is a bonus; physical fitness for long shifts.

Responsibilities

Shift Production Target Completion: allocate daily tasks to operators according to production plans.
On-site SOP Supervision: ensure operators follow SOP on PDA scanning, sorting, labeling and loading.
On-site Safety & Incident Response: handle emergencies and report issues with temporary solutions.
New Hire Training & Team Management: provide training until operators pass assessment and work independently.
