Job summary

DCG is seeking a Cyber Security Remediation Specialist in Poland to lead remediation efforts and reduce risk exposure. You will interpret complex findings, define actionable steps, and work with remediation owners to ensure timely execution.

The role requires broad knowledge of AI threats, vulnerability scoring, and governance processes, with a strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation.
• Deep understanding of AI threats and their impact on security posture.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scoring frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and governance processes.
• Experience in External Attack Surface Management (EASM), Threat Modelling or API‑related findings.
• Knowledge of OWASP, Secure DevOps and related governance practices.
• Ability to communicate results using data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Strong risk‑based thinking and cross‑organizational collaboration.
• Fluent business and technical English, written and spoken.
• Automation experience, preferably with Python, Apache Airflow and/or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of remediation gaps and strategic resolution initiatives across the organisation.
• Provide expert guidance on remediation strategies aligned with security best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Analyze complex scanning results and define actionable remediation steps to reduce risk exposure.
• Collaborate with remediation owners to drive timely and effective execution.
• Ensure security findings are understood and remediation progresses at an appropriate pace.
• Drive remediation outcomes through governance, autonomy and ownership.
• Contribute to risk scoring design for near real-time prioritization of critical vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations on remediation progress, risks and strategic recommendations.
